Stay Comfortable Year-Round with Apex Insulation

I need to start this review with a confession: I was probably one of the most difficult customers Teebo has ever had to deal with, and he handled it with incredible patience and professionalism.

We hired Apex for insulation work as part of a larger remediation project on our home. From the start, my plans kept changing - we originally wanted blown-in insulation for our attic, but it turned out the space was too small for that approach. Teebo didn't just say "that won't work" and leave us hanging - he worked through the problem with us, helping us find a much better solution through countless texts and a couple of late-night phone calls.

The chaos didn't stop there. I changed my mind from blown-in to spray foam at literally the last possible moment, which meant switching crews entirely. Through all of this - my anxiety, the personal drama we were dealing with at the time, and my constantly shifting plans - Teebo never once made me feel like I was being a problem. He just kept working with us, answering questions, and making sure we got the right solution for our home.

If you're dealing with a complicated project, or even if you're just an indecisive customer like I was, Teebo is the person you want on your side. His patience, communication, and expertise made an incredibly stressful situation manageable. Cannot recommend him highly enough.
